Introduction [Biosketch]
- Lt. Dr. Rama Koteswara Rao Kondasani is a marketing professional and working as a Assistand professor in the department of Management Stidies (DOMS) National Institute of Technology, Silchar since Decemeber 2019. Dr. Ram Kondasani did his PhD in Healthcare Management in 2016 From National Institute of Technology, Rourkela and MBA from Andhra University. His Area of Interests are customer satisfaction, loyalty, behavioural intention, service quality, value and marketing analytics. He has more than three years of teaching experience in reputed institutes like Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Vellore Institute Technology (VIT) and One and half year research experience as research associate in ICSSR sponsored project at National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. Dr. Ram Kondasani has also published a number of Research Papers in the journals of International repute. Currently his research focus on healthcare analytics, tourism service quality and marketing analytics.
