- HSLC EXAM . Result: Under SEBA from BNMP School, Dhalai, First Division with 86% in General Maths & 96% in Advanced Maths(1982). Pre-University Exam. Result: Under Gauhati University from GC College Silchar, First Division with 81% in Mathematics.(1984) B.Sc.Exam Result: Under Gauhati University from GC College Silchar, First Class 6th in Mathematics Major(Hon’s) & Distinction in Pass subjects.(1987) M.Sc.Exam. Result: From Gauhati University First Class Ist in Pure Mathematics with 84.4% of marks.(1989, held in 1990-91) for which Academic Gold-Medal was awarded.
